Return Policy
- If the item you received is not like what you ordered or the wrong specification or it has a manufacturer defect, you can contact us to proceed return and exchange procedure.
- You must provide some pictures of the damaged item together with the document (receipt etc.) for us to finalize the situation.
- The item should be returned to us within 10 days from the day you received the item. We will not attend any request which exceeds the date of the returns.
- The item should be returned along with all accessories (if have) and the packaging must be in their original purchase condition (unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner).

Refund Policy
- Good sold are exchangeable but not refundable.
- If you have any changes, please do tell us before you make the payment or before we proceed the production or before we ship out the goods.
- Refund only apply on these 2 situations: the goods out of stock & technical issue.
- Our refund processing time takes up to 14 working days, kindly whatsapp us if there’s any inquiry.
